Amazon decided to continue the partnership with Chase on their Prime Rewards Visa Signature card, according to CNBC. Amazon had been exploring other partnerships on the card instead, as well as changing from Visa to Mastercard, but ends up inking a “multi-year” deal with Chase.
Amazon partners with three credit card issuers to issue co-branded Amazon cards: Chase issues the personal credit card, American Express issues the business card, and Synchrony issues the store card.
