On this one it shows clearly – as I had speculated in the original post below – that you can get the 20,000 points payroll bonus and the 10,000 points standard spend offer on top of the 80,000 points. So this offer is theoretically the same as the previous 110,000 points deal, though it’s overall not as good due to the high and difficult spend requirement. Brex came out with a new offer to get 80,000 points when opening a new Cash Account and spending $9,000 within 30 days. There’s no public link for that offer, here’s the affiliate link for the offer (it’s not our affiliate link). 80,000 points is worth $800 cash or can be used to transfer to travel partners.
We wrote more about Brex in the prior deal when they offered 100,000 points with $1,000 spend, you can read that post for more details on Brex. This deal has a higher $9,000 spend requirement, but might still be interesting to some.
Note: Brex typically has a standard offer of 10,000 points when you spend $3,000 within 3 months and also 20,000 points when you link your payroll to Brex. See this post and this post. I’m almost certain that these bonuses are their standard offering, so it’s entirely possible that this 80,000 points offer can really be worth 100,000 (or possibly even 110,000 points) if you meet the payroll requirement.
