First Midwest Bank & Old National Bank Merge In $6.5 Billion Deal

First Midwest Bank & Old National Bank have announced they will be merging in a $6.5 billion deal. They will continue to operate under the Old National Bank name. First Midwest Bank has branches in IL, IN, IA, WI and Old National Bank has branches in IL, IN, KY, MI, MN & WI. Both banks have offered bank bonuses in the past (Old National & First Midwest Bank).
