As a business, what do you do when you get negative customer reviews? Look, you’re going to have a few negative reviews no matter how good your product or service is. When you begin to sell to a large audience, there will ALWAYS be someone who doesn’t like you for whatever reason. Take my YouTube channel for instance, and you’ll notice every single video I do, no matter what it’s about, will have a few thumbs down. It could be a video of me helping an old woman cross the road, it doesn’t matter, I guarantee you someone isn’t going to like it. The key is you want so many good reviews that the positive comments overwhelm the negative comments. Plant so many trees in your garden that you can’t even see the rodents!
