Update 1/4/2021: It’s now time to do this for 2021. Caesars status has been extended through 2021 you’re able to ‘earn’ status again. This should unlock a second celebration dinner as well. Hat tip to MtM
This is a friendly reminder to match your Caesars Rewards status to Wyndham, you’ll want to do this before the end of January. Then in February you use your Wyndham status to match back to Caesars Rewards. The reason that this works is that Wyndham status year ends on January 1st, whereas the Caesars Program ends on January 31st. This basically just means if you time things right you can status match between the two programs. If you don’t already have status then your best bet is to match status to Wyndham with another program (full list can be found here). Having Caesars status is the really useful one as it includes benefits such as:
- $100 dining credit
- Free shows
- Free Atlantis stay
Note that the free stays usually require gambling play otherwise they reserve the right to charge you, so not as useful as they have previously been. This matching back and forth is similar to the Hyatt/M Life matching trick.
