- Card earns at the following rates:
- Earn 3X Miles on Delta Purchases2 and at Hotels
- Earn 1.5X miles on single transactions of $5,000 or more, up to 50,000 additional miles per calendar year
- Earn 1x miles on all other purchases
- Earn 10,000 Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) after you spend $25,000 and $50,000 in purchases on your Card in a calendar year.
Our Verdict
Annual fee is not waived first year, but the $200 statement credit covers most of that. If you have questions about American Express upgrade offers they will be answered here. Main advantage of an upgrade offer is that you can get the bonus even if you’ve held the card before.
